Photorealistic Product Illustration

The brief for this project was to create a photorealistic product illustration of a Unilever product. The goal was to create a highly detailed and clean representation of the product for use in advertising and displays.

I chose to create an illustration of Wishbone russian salad dressing. I took numerous photographs of the product under various lighting conditions, and chose the one that best fit the brief. The final image was created primarily of gradient meshes. The completed image is displayed above. The projected was completed after about 40 hours of work.
